By scheduling service with Purely Green Laundry Co. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 Purely Green Laundry Co. provides professional pickup and delivery laundry services using commercial-grade laundering facilities and non-toxic, fragrance-free products. Services are offered to residential homes, Airbnbs, spas, and event venues within our service area. 

Pricing is based on weight after washing and drying, unless otherwise stated.
A minimum order may apply.
Specialty items (including oversized blankets, comforters, weighted blankets, mattress pads, and pet bedding) are priced per item due to dedicated wash cycles and extended drying time.
Additional charges may apply for excessive soil, pet hair, or special handling.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

While we use professional laundering methods and gentle stain treatment, complete stain removal is not guaranteed. Some stains may be permanent due to fabric type, age, prior treatment, or heat setting.

By submitting items for service, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

While we make reasonable efforts to follow manufacturer care labels when visible, we are unable to inspect or verify every care label on every item.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items submitted for service are safe for standard commercial washing and drying cycles.
Items requiring special care, including hand washing, air drying, or delicate treatment, must be disclosed in advance and may be declined.
Purely Green Laundry Co. is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed special care requirements.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:
Tears, thinning fabric, loose buttons, broken zippers
Color loss, dye bleeding, or fading
Shrinkage due to fabric composition, prior washing, or heat sensitivity

Oxygen bleach (non-toxic and color-safe) may be used upon request.
Chlorine bleach is used only upon explicit customer request and only on bleach-safe white items.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from requested bleach use.

 For health and safety reasons:

Pet bedding must be free of solid waste or bodily fluids.
Items containing feces, vomit, or other biohazards cannot be accepted.
Items not meeting this standard may be declined or returned unwashed.
 

Customers are responsible for ensuring items are accessible at the scheduled pickup time.
Missed pickups due to inaccessibility may result in rescheduling.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to volume, weather, or operational factors.

Purely Green Laundry Co. takes reasonable care to prevent loss or damage. In the unlikely event of loss or damage:

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
Claims must include a description of the item and approximate age
Liability is limited to the fair market value of the item at the time of loss
Maximum reimbursement is limited to 10x the service charge for the affected order, unless otherwise required by law
Sentimental value is not reimbursable

Purely Green Laundry Co. is licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to laundering services provided and does not extend to indirect or consequential damages.

 A $30 deposit is required to schedule all pickups and serves as the minimum pickup fee, which will be applied to the final service balance upon completion.
Customers may cancel their scheduled service by 8:00 PM the evening prior to pickup to receive a full deposit refund.
Cancellations made after 8:00 PM the evening prior to pickup are non-refundable.
If our team arrives at the scheduled pickup time and laundry is not set out or accessible, the deposit will be forfeited.
Forfeited deposits cover reserved time, routing, and operational costs associated with missed or late-canceled pickups.

We reserve the right to refuse service for:

Items that pose a safety or sanitation risk.
Items with undisclosed biohazards.

Repeated violations of these Terms & Conditions.
 

 Customers are responsible for checking pockets prior to pickup. We are not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets, including pens, electronics, or debris. 

Customer information is used solely to provide services and will not be sold or shared except as required to complete service or comply with the law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
